Abstract	Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі статусу глави держави в умовах тоталітарного режиму. Зокрема, розглядається питання щодо другорядності цього інституту в умовах тоталітаризму, порівняно із головою уряду та головним ідеологом держави. The article is devoted the problem of the head of state status in the term of totalitarian regime. In particular, the question of the secondary character of this institute in terms of totalitarianism is considered compared with the head of the government and the main state ideologist.
