Abstract	У статті розглянуто особливості функціонування небанківських фінансових установ в Україні. Проведено аналітичний огляд окремих аспектів механізму посередницького функціонування основних видів небанківських установ. Підкреслено істотне значення та перспективність розвитку цього сегмента фінансового ринку в умовах глобалізації економіки. The article considers peculiarities of non-baking financial institutions in Ukraine. The analitie survey of the important aspects in the mechanism of mediation for functionary of the basic forms of non-baking institutions was held. They emphasized the substantial meaning and perspectiveness of the development of this aspect in the financial market in globalization conditions of stale economy.
