Abstract	У статті розглянуто теоретичні аспекти ролі нематеріальних активів підприємств у створенні ринкової цінності підприємства. Проведено оцінювання вартості нематеріальних активів та виявлено особливості їх впливу на формування ринкової вартості підприємств України. The article considers the theoretical aspects of the enterprise's intangible assets role in creating a market value of an enterprise. Estimation of the intangible assets costs is carried out, and the peculiarities of their influence upon the market value creation at the Ukrainian enterprises are determined.
