Abstract	У статті аналізується система бюджетного законодавства України та її структура, визначаються її системоутворюючий елемент, критерії виділення бюджетного закону в сукупності законів, що діють в Україні. The system of budgetary legislation of Ukraine and its structure is analysed in the article, determined it's system element, criteria of selection of budgetary law in the aggregate of laws which operate in Ukraine.
