Правління ради директорів та діяльність банків Китаю

Abstract

Як частину банківської реформи, Китай стандартизував практику ради директорів, надав їй повноту дій у прийнятті рішень та визначив контролюючу функцію ради. Дане дослідження допомагає визначити наслідки такої спроби на основі визначення зв’язку між структурою управління ради та діяльністю банків Китаю за період з 1998 по 2007 рік. Автори визначають, що західні механізми управління в основі концепції директор- співробітник є ефективними у банках Китаю. Ради з кращою структурою у китайських банках мають кращі показники діяльності. Участь вищого керівництва, менший відсоток членів ради та менша кількість крупних акціонерів пов’язані з кращими показниками діяльності банку. За результатами зроблено припущення, що управління ради та впровадження кращих практик та обліку значно покращить діяльність банків Китаю. As part of the banking reform, China standardized practice board gave her the full action at decision making and control function defined council. This study helps to determine the effects of such attempts on the basis of the relationship between the structure of management board and the banks' activities in China during the period from 1998 to 2007. The authors determined that Western management mechanisms based on the concept of director employee is effective in Bank of China. Council with a better structure in Chinese banks have better performance indicators. The participation of senior management, a smaller percentage of board members and fewer large Shareholders are associated with better performance ratios. As a result it is supposed that Management Board and the implementation of best practices and accounting will significantly improve the activities of banks in China.
