Abstract	В статье проанализированы особенности и принципы функционирования моделей как бюджетного унитаризма, так и бюджетного федерализма в условиях унитарного устройства страны. Предложено в условиях развития экономического потенциала регионов Украины использовать как принципы бюджетного унитаризма, так и принципы бюджетного федерализма с целью обеспечения финансовой самостоятельности местных органов власти, усиления процессов бюджетной децентрализации на местном уровне. Models of the budgetary mode are in the system of local finances. In the article features and principles of functioning of models of both budgetary unitarism and budgetary federalism are analysed in the conditions of unitary device of country. It is suggested in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine to use both principles of budgetary unitarism and principles of budgetary federalism with the purpose of providing of financial independence of local authorities, strengthening of processes of budgetary decentralization at local level.
