Abstract	Розглянуто роль рейтингових агентств у сучасній економічній системі, виявлено внутріш-ні та зовнішні причини дискредитації їхньої діяльності. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення діяльності рейтингових агентств на основі врахування біржової інформації. The article discusses the role of rating agencies in modern economic system. Their informational function is justified as a crucial. At the same time, analysis showed that rating agency’s activity has been largely discredited for the last time, by the big number of internal and external factors. Without claiming to solve all the problems of rating agencies, in the article proposed recommendations for improving the methodology of rating agencies based on exchange markets information incorporation.
