Abstract	Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до вибору пріоритетної галузі для надання державних інвестицій. Побудовано математичну модель для оптимального розподілу часток фінансування інфраструктурних інвестиційних проектів за кошти держави. Здійснено практичні розрахунки па основі даної моделі за 2000-2010 роки для трьох видів економічної діяльності: 1) транспорт і зв’язок; 2) освіта; 3) охорона здоров'я і соціальна допомога. It is offered the scientific-methodological approach to choosing of priority branch for concession the governmental investments. It is formed the mathematical model for optimal distribution of financing's part of infrustnutural investment projects on the account of the state. It is made the practical calculations on the basis of given model by 2000-2010 years for three kinds of economic activity: 1) transport and communication; 2) education; 3) health protection and welfare benefits.
