Abstract	У статті обґрунтована побудова фінансово-бюджетного механізму державного контролю, надано його сутність і роль, а також визначено його основні елементи, що дозволило обгрунтувати його структуру. Автором визначено, що основними елементами є: цільова підсистема, об'єктно-суб'єктна підсистема, функціональна підсистема та підсистема забезпечення. The article grounded the construction offinancial and budgetary control mechanism of government, given its nature and role, and also defined its basic elements, allowing to substantiate its structure. The author states that the main elements are: the target subsystem, object-subjective subsystem, functional subsystems and subsystem software.
