Abstract	У статті проаналізований сучасний стан та структура державного боргу, розглянуті теоретичні основи боргової політики, охарактеризовані основні напрями вирішення боргової проблеми країн Європи. Тhe current state and the structure of the public debt is analysed, theoretical bases of the debt policy are considered, the basic directions of the decision of a debt problem of the countries of Europe are characterized in the article.
