Abstract	У публікації систематизовані методологічні підходи, визначені практичні рекомендації щодо фінансового забезпечення соціально-економічного розвитку регіонів на прикладі міжбюджетних відносин, запропоновано методичні засади оцінки ефективності міжбюджетних відносин, що враховують економічні, соціальні, політичні, інституційні фактори впливу на соціально-економічний розвиток регіону. In the article systematic methodological approaches set out practical advice on financial support for socio-economic development on the example of intergovernmental relations, methodical principles of estimation of efficiency of interbudget relations that take into account the economic, social, political, institutional factors of influence on socio-economic development in region.
