Abstract	The article is dedicated to the banks which use for increasing their capitalization both large volumes of subordinated debt and reappraisal. There is a actually question to the quarter of existing banks about quality of their capital and substantial risks for future. Стаття присвячена банкам, які використовують для підвищення їх капіталізації як великі обсяги субординованого боргу та переоцінки. Існує насправді питання в кварталі існуючих банків про якість своєї столиці і значні ризики для майбутнього.
