Abstract	Визначення меж дії норм фінансового права є однією із найактуальніших проблем в юридичній науці. Так, маючи публічно-правову природу правовий статус Фонду гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб (далі по тексту - Фонд) може розглядатися з точки зору визначення предмету правового регулювання як фінансового права, так і адміністративного права. Определение границ действия норм финансового права является одной из самых актуальных проблем в юридической науке. Так, имея публично-правовую природу правовой статус Фонда гарантирования вкладов физических лиц (далее - Фонд) может рассматриваться с точки зрения определения предмета правового регулирования как финансового права, так и административного права. The determination of the action limits of the norms of financial law is one of the most actual problems in the juridical science. Thus, having a public and legal nature, the legal status of the Deposit Guaranteeing Fund of Natural Persons (hereinafter – the Fund) can be considered in terms of definition of the subject of the legal regulation as of financial law as well as administrative law.
