Роль нових вимог Базеля ІІІ щодо структури і якості капіталу банку в забезпеченні стабільності фінансово-кредитної системи України

Abstract

Угода Базель III (далі – Консультаційний документ) значно посилює вимоги до структури та якості капітальної бази банку: вводяться нові вимоги до капіталу першого та другого рівня, відбувається поступовий відхід від гібридних і квазіборгових інструментів, уточнюється список дозволених вирахувань з капітальної бази, підвищуються мінімальні вимоги до власного капіталу банку та капіталу першого рівня.
