Abstract	Головною метою діяльності банків є прибуток. За допомогою прибутку відбувається формування резервів та фондів на випадок збитків, які можливі у банківській сфері. Також прибуток є одним з головних стимулів діяльності управлінського персоналу щодо вдосконалення роботи банку та підвищення конкурентоспроможності. На розмір прибутку банку впливають як зовнішні, так і внутрішні фактори. The main goal of the banks is profit. With the formation of profit reserves and funds against losses that are possible in the banking sector. Also, income is one of the main incentives for business management personnel of the Bank for the improvement and competitiveness. The size of the bank's profit is affected by both external and internal factors.
