Abstract	Максимальне наближення кордонів Європейського Союзу до України та її євроінтеграційні прагнення посилили увагу науковців, експертів та політиків до проблем транскордонного співробітництва (ТКС). The current state of functioning of both domestic and international banking services markets is characterized by significant changes in the approaches to doing business, in particular, the issue of participation of banks in solving public issues, raising the level of transparency of activity, positive positioning of banks in the market, and so on.
