Abstract	В новому тисячолітті людство, крім позитивних надбань, породило чисельні загрози життєво важливим інтересам людини і громадянина, суспільства і держави, які все більше і більше відчуває на собі. Багато з них у тій, чи іншій мірі притаманні й Україні. In the new millennium, humanity, in addition to its positive achievements, has created numerous threats to the vital interests of man and citizen, society and the state, which are increasingly experiencing more and more. Many of them are, to some extent, also inherent in Ukraine.
