Abstract	На сьогоднішній день важливим аспектом економічного розвитку країн світу виступає визначення особливостей формування національних фінансо-вих ринків. Принциповим питанням в цьому контексті є визначення пріори-тетного каналу розподілу фінансових ресурсів: через банківську систему чи фондовий ринок. To date, an important aspect of the economic development of the countries of the world is the definition of the peculiarities of the formation of national financial markets. The key issue in this context is the definition of a prioritization channel of financial resources: through the banking system or the stock market.
