Реформування системи органів досудового слідства

Abstract

Питання реформування системи слідчих органів, які здійснюють досудове слідство, не нове. Вимога створити систему органів досудового слідства була закладена ще в Конституції України. У пункті 9 Перехідних положень Конституції передбачено, що прокуратура продовжує виконувати свої функції лише до введення в дію законів, що регулюють діяльність державних органів щодо контролю за додержанням законів, та до сформування системи досудового слідства.

Issues of reforming the system of investigative bodies that carry out pre-trial investigation, not new. The requirement to create a system of pre-trial organs the investigation was laid down in the Constitution of Ukraine. At Point 9 of the Transition The provisions of the Constitution stipulate that the Prosecutor's Office shall continue to comply their functions only before the enactment of the laws governing activities government bodies to monitor compliance with laws, and to formation of a system of pre-trial investigation.
