Abstract	Автор окреслює проблеми, пов’язані з тим, що відсутнє законодавче визначення поняття “валютне регулювання”. Зазначає, що при визначенні правової природи терміну “валютне регулювання” та його законодавчого закріплення варто враховувати правову природу таких категорій як “регулювання”, “дерегулювання” і “втручання”. The author describes the problems related to the fact that there is no legal definition of currency regulation. Notes that in determining the legal nature of the term "currency regulation" it should take into account the legal nature of such categories as "regulation", "deregulation" and "interference".
