Abstract	Diseases of the heart and blood vessels - one of the leading causes of death and disability among the population all over the world. According to the World Health organization, cardiovascular disease is causes death of 16.7 million people per year. In Ukraine, during the last 15 years there has been increase in mortality in this pathology. In general the structure of mortality in Ukraine, cardiovascular diseases account for more than half. New technologies such as endovascular procedures and coronary artery shunting are becoming widely applied in Ukraine. The introduction of the new methods of myocardial revascularization expanded treatment options for patients with coronary artery diseases
