Abstract	Обгрунтовано можливість застосування принципів теорії життєздатних систем Стаффорда Біра при дослідженні страхової системи. Запропоновано концептуальні основи формування організаційної структури життєздатної страхової системи України. Established the possibility of applying the principles of the theory of viable systems of Stafford Bir in the study of the insurance system. The conceptual framework for establishment of a viable organizational structure of the insurance system in Ukraine is proposed.
