Abstract	В статье рассматривается и обосновывается необходимость оценки эффективности формирования и использования местного бюджета (на примере бюджета города). Акцентируется внимание на различных направлениях и подходах к оценке эффективности (Социальной и коммерческой). The article discusses the necessity and effectiveness evaluation of formation and use of the local budget (for example the city's budget.) Focuses on the various ways and approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of (social and business).
