Поняття "трасологія", її наукові основи

Abstract

В статті «Поняття «Трасологія», її наукові основи» студентки четвертого курсу Навчально- наукового інституту права Сумського державного університету Войтович Анни Валеріївни розглядаються питання про історичні аспекти виникнення науки трасології, поняття та предмет трасології в криміналістичній техніці, її наукових основ та знання, основні та спеціальні завдання, в чому особливість та ключове значення трасології в процесі розслідування кримінального правопорушення, основні положення та засади, на яких базується наука трасологія, що саме вивчає трасологія, як наука та важливе значення трасологіїї на практиці в роботі правоохоронних органів та інших уповноважених суб’єктів в процесі досудового розслідування, необхідність наукових досліджень в даній сфері криміналістики в процесі слідоутворення для покращення криміналістичної техніки. Автор вважає необхідним дослідити цю тему, адже завдяки саме науки трасології, як одному з ключових елементів криміналістичної техніки належить провідне місце в криміналістиці. Як необхідно збирати сліди, залишені на місці злочину, незважаючи на те, які це саме сліди – кров, сліди відбитків пальців рук, сліди ніг, відбитки взуття, відбитки транспортних засобів тощо. Будь-яка деталь повинна бути зібрана і досліджена. Саме цим і займається наука трасологія. Встановлення по слідах об'єкта, а також механізму утворення слідів дозволяє отримати відомості про суб'єкта, про спосіб вчинення злочину, про предмет злочинного посягання; дозволяє довести наявність зв'язку між виявленими слідами і злочинними діями конкретної особи, встановити обставини, що сприяли злочину. Автор вважає, що у зв’язку із швидким розвитком технологій, необхідно і вдосконалювати методи збирання, отримання, дослідження та збирання слідів, адже це допоможе правоохоронним органами в швидкому розслідуванню злочинів в процесі залучення спеціалістів з-за кордону та обміну досвідом.

In the article "The term of " The trasology", its scientific basis" the student on the fourth year education of the Educational- scientific institut of law from the Sumy state university Voytovych Anna Valeriyivna has learnt the with the historical aspects of science of the trasologii, its concepts and subject of the trasology in forensic technology, its scientific bases and knowledges, the main and special tasks of the trasology, its features in the investigation of criminal offenses, the main provisions and principles underlying of the science trasologiy that is studying as science and important meaning of the trasology in the practice, law enforcement and other authorized subjects during the preliminary investigation, the need for researching in this area of criminology in the inquiry processing to improve forensic techniques. The author considers that it is necessary to explore this topic because it is through science trasologii as one of the key elements of forensic technology that belongs to the top place in the criminology. It studies how should police officers collect traces left at the scene, no matter what the track it is - blood, traces of fingerprints hands, footprints, fingerprints shoes, vehicles, etc. Every detail must be collected and studied. That is what science is engaged in. Setting the wake of the object, as well as the formation mechanism of traces can get information about the subject, about how the crime, the subject of a criminal assault; it allows to prove the connection between traces and criminal actions of specific individuals to establish the circumstances that led to the crime. The author believes that due to the rapid development of technology, necessary and improving methods of collecting, receiving, research and collecting trace, because it will help law enforcement agencies in the rapid investigation of crimes in attracting specialists from abroad and sharing the experience.
