Abstract	Гепатит С є однією з найнебезпечніших хвороб печінки вірусної етіології, поширеність якого постійно зростає. Вірус гепатиту С (HCV) вступає у багаточисленні звʼязки з імунною системою, викликають велику кількість захворювань переважно автоімунного захворювання. Мішенню для HCV є гепатоцит, моноцити/макрофаги, В-лімфоцити та поліморфноядерні лейкоцити. Інфікування саме цих імунокомпетентних клітин визначає чисельні імунологічні порушення, що реєструється у більше, ніж половини хворих на хронічний гепатит С. The majority infectionists and epidemiologists, today the number of chronic carriers of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in the world is in the range of 150 to 500 million. Hepatitis C is one of the major problems of nosocomial infectious diseases associated with blood transfusion, administration of blood products, other health interventions for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
