Abstract |
Стаття присвячена проблемам формування вимог до підготовки конкурентоспроможного фахівця. Проведено аналіз формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі фінансів. Приділяється велика увага мотивації студентів до процесу навчання. Статья посвящена проблемам формирования требований к подготовке конкурентоспособного специалиста. Проведен анализ формирования профессиональной компетентности будущих специалистов в области финансов. Уделяется большое внимание мотивации студентов к процессу обучения. The article is devoted to the problems of forming requirements for the preparation of a competitive specialist. In Ukraine, the main competencies in the educational process are: educational, social, competence on information and communication technologies, economic, general cultural, health and civic. The following components may be included in any competency: knowledge and understanding; practical and operative application of knowledge; the value of competence in a social context. When considering the problems of updating education and defining requirements for university graduates, the term "professional competence" is widely used. The article analyzes the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of finance. During the study of financial disciplines students develop skills: the ability to analyze and synthesis, to critique and self-criticism, the ability to work both independently and in a group, research skills and abilities, information management skills, the ability to execute various financial documents, the ability to calculate financial indicators, interpersonal skills, ability to learn, ability to innovate, ability to make decisions and solve existing problems on an innovative basis. Conditions for the successful acquisition of professional competence: the first - educational activity is a system that combines two subsystems: independent student activity and joint activities of the teacher and student; the second one - educational activity is aimed at increasing the student's experience; the third - an educational tool is the experience and knowledge of the teacher; fourth - educational activity has an association of interconnected components: motives → educational goals → educational actions → control and evaluation activities; fifth - learning activities to understand and perform as creative activities; sixth - the meaning of educational activity is a result in the form of changing the intellectual, moral and aesthetic development of the student; seventh - educational activity should cause the student's activity to study. Great attention is paid to motivating students to the learning process. |
