Abstract |
Article 49 of the Constitution of Ukraine especially dedicated to health and medical care,
which enshrines that “everyone shall have the right to health protection, medical care and
medical insurance. Health protection shall be ensured through state funding of the relevant socioeconomic,
medical and sanitary, health improvement and prevention programs. |
