Abstract	Foreign exchange policy is a complex of economic, institutional, legal, administrative and other measures, methods, forms, tools and mechanisms implemented by the state in the field of monetary, financial and credit relations in accordance with current and strategic goals of the general economic policy of the state, primarily to ensure the stability of the exchange rate of the national currency and the balance of payments of the country.
