Abstract	Nowadays the acute enteric infections (AEI) are one of the most urgent medical problems, caused by the aggregate of ecological and social-economic factors that influenced on the general health of population. Every year morbidity of the AEI increases in the all age groups. The question of reasonable etyotropic AEI therapy is one of pressing problems. The purposely usage of antibiotics does not reach the necessary result, while the new biological bacterial preparations and enterosorbents invokes an undoubted interest.
