Класифікаційні детермінанти інвестиційних ресурсів в контексті глобалізаційних змін

Abstract

Досліджуються класифікаційні детермінанти інвестиційних ресурсів, що зумовлені стрімкими глобалізаційними трансформаціями. Обґрунтовується необхідність розгляду та здійснення системного аналізу понять «інвестиції» через визначення класифікаційних ознак та розмежування сутності категорій: інвестиційний ресурс, інвестиційний процес, інвестиційна діяльність, інвестиційне забезпечення, інвестиційний ринок. На основі узагальнення досліджень вчених щодо багатоваріантності різновидів інвестиційних ресурсів, які спрямовуються в розвиток аграрного сектору національної економіки країни, викладено характеристику окремих груп інвестицій: фінансових, інноваційних, інтелектуальних, реальних. Підтверджується наявність значної кількості класифікаційних ознак щодо розподілу інвестицій та складно структурованість даної економічної категорії. На основі узагальнення сучасних підходів згруповано класифікаційні ознаки розподілу інвестиційних ресурсів за джерелами формування, характером залучення коштів, натурально-речовою формою, для забезпечення стадій інвестиційного процесу . В контексті провадження інвестиційної та інноваційної діяльності та в залежності від фази інвестиційного проекту виділяються інвестиційні ресурси, що мають відповідну назву. Узагальнюються характеристики окремих категорій: інвестиційна діяльність, інвестиційне забезпечення, інвестиційний процес. Викладена сутність інвестиційних ресурсів аграрного сектора як сукупність ресурсів в грошовій, фінансовій, матеріальній та нематеріальній формах, котрі забезпечують формування конкурентоспроможного аграрного середовища через досягнення економічного або соціального ефекту від впровадження в об’єкти інвестування

The classification determinants of investment resources, which are caused by rapid globalization transformations, are studied. The necessity of considering and implementing systematic analysis of the concepts of "investment" through the definition of classification features and the delineation of the essence of categories: investment resource, investment process, investment activity, investment support, investment market is substantiated. On the basis of generalization of researches of scientists concerning the multivariateness of varieties of investment resources directed to the development of the agrarian sector of the national economy of the country, the description of certain groups of investments is described: financial, innovative, intellectual, real. It is confirmed that there is a significant number of classification marks for the distribution of investments and the complexity of this economic category. On the basis of the generalization of modern approaches grouped the classification features of the distribution of investment resources by sources of formation, the nature of attraction of funds, natural-material form, to provide the stages of the investment process. In the context of conducting investment and innovation activities and depending on the phase of the investment project, investment resources with the appropriate name are allocated: The characteristics of individual categories are summarized: investment activity, investment support, investment process. The investment process is perceived as a set of actions and resources that ensure the implementation of an investment project from the period of the decision to implement it before obtaining a certain result. Investment activity from the position of the project approach is characterized as a set of operations related to the implementation of projects aimed at ensuring the growth of the enterprise price in the long run. The author's interpretation of the essence of investment resources of the agrarian sector as an aggregate of resources in monetary, financial, material and nonmaterial forms, which ensure the formation of a competitive agrarian environment through the achievement of an economic or social effect from the introduction into investment objects, is described. It is pointed out the importance of forming an investment portfolio within the framework of realization of investment projects in the agricultural sector in accordance with the chosen development strategy. In the research for the future, one should proceed from the assumption that investment resources, together with sound investment policies, ensure the development of the national economy and is one of the factors of its competitiveness.
