Abstract	В роботі досліджено діяльність підприємства з обліку кадрів, визначені бізнес-процеси, проаналізовані існуючі інформаційні системи для автоматизації діяльності кадрового відділу, сформульовані вимоги до створюваної системи, розроблено проект та прототип автоматизованої системи, визначено економічний ефект від впровадження системи. In the course of the project, the implementation of the business process, the visibility of the business processes, the initialization of the system for the automation of the personnel recruitment, the formulation of the work before the installation, the project is the prototype of the automated system, the economical effect is identified in the system.
