Abstract	Стаття присвячена розгляду питання судової спеціалізації. У статті з’ясовано етимологію слова «спеціалізація» та досліджено сутність поняття судової спеціалізації, її значення саме як базового принципу організації системи правосуддя. The article is devoted to consideration of judicial specialization. The article analyzes the etymology of the word "specialization" and explores the essence of the notion of judicial specialization, its significance as the basic principle of the organization of justice system.
