Abstract	Cтаття присвячена новому підходу Європейського Союзу щодо інституційної реформи системи міжнародного інвестиційного арбітражу за участю іноземного інвестора. Стаття містить аналіз положень угод ЄС про вільну торгівлю із Канадою, Сінгапуром та іншими державами, де передбачена нова інституційна модель врегулювання міжнародних інвестиційних спорів за участю іноземного інвестора. The article is devoted to the new approach of the European Union regarding institutional reform of the system of international investment arbitration with the participation of a foreign investor. The article provides an analysis of EU free trade agreements with Canada, Singapore and other states, which provides for a new institutional model for resolving international investment disputes with the participation of a foreign investor.
