Abstract	Стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню правового статусу прокурора в системі органів державної влади, а саме в дослідженню змісту правового статусу та його складових елементів (прав, обов’язків, юридичної відповідальності, професійної та позаслужбової поведінки прокурора) відповідно до чинного законодавства та реформ які, проводяться в системі органів державної влади. The article is devoted to the comprehensive study of the legal status of the prosecutor in the system of state authorities, namely, in the study of the content of the legal status and its constituent elements (rights, duties, legal responsibility, professional and non-professional behavior of the prosecutor) in accordance with the current legislation and reforms that are carried out in system of state authorities.
