Abstract	Обраний євроінтеграційний характер розвитку України та процес адаптації українського законодавства до стандартів ЄС створює передумови більш глибокого вивчення європейських традицій правотворення та запозичення позитивного зарубіжного досвіду з даного питання. The chosen European integrational nature of Ukraine's development and the process of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU standards creates the preconditions for a more in-depth study of the European traditions of law-making and the borrowing of a positive foreign experience on this issue.
