Abstract	В статті розглядаються основні проблемні питання, які виникають у роботі з кадрами в органах Національної поліції України. Були визначенні основні поняття, пов’язані із кадрами, зокрема кадрова політика та кадрова робота. Проаналізовані основні положення Стратегії державної кадрової політики на 2012-2020 роки. The article deals with the main problem issues that arise in working with personnel in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine. The basic concepts related to personnel, in particular personnel policy and personnel work were defined. The main provisions of the State Personnel Policy Strategy for 2012-2020 are analyzed.
