Abstract	У статті досліджено нормативно-правові акти у сфері стандартизації енергетичної галузі. Конкретизовано умови гармонізації національного права з acquis ЄС у контексті технічного регулювання. The article examines regulatory acts in the field of standardization of the energy industry. The conditions of harmonization of national law from the EU acquis in the context of technical regulation are specified.
