Abstract	Стаття присвячена проблематиці організації правозахисної діяльності, яку здійснює Прокуратура України. При цьому, основна увага зосереджена на відповідності означеної діяльності міжнародно-правовим стандартам в цілому та правовим стандартам Європейського Союзу зокрема. The article is devoted to the problems of the organization of human rights activities carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. At the same time, the main focus is on the compliance of the specified activities with international legal standards in general and legal standards of the European Union in particular.
