Abstract	У статті висвітлення актуальні питання забезпечення функціонування правових інституцій у сфері митних проваджень шляхом реалізації спеціальних знань у форматі експертизи та спеціальних досліджень. Досліджено статус органів та осіб, уповноважених проводити експертизу, охарактеризовано процедуру здійснення експертизи та призначення додаткових та повторних експертиз. The article highlights the issues of ensuring the functioning of legal institutions in the field of customs proceedings through the implementation of special knowledge in the format of expertise and special research. The status of bodies and persons authorized to conduct an examination was examined, the procedure for carrying out the examination and the appointment of additional and repeated examinations were described.
