Abstract	This paper summarizes the arguments and counter arguments within the scientific discussion on the issue of IT adoption and its turnover impact on Small family Businesses. The main purpose of the research is to determine and analyze the information technology (IT) factors that impact different annual turnover outcome of small family businesses (SFBs) in Nepal.
