Abstract |
This study explored the relationship between organizational reward system and employee performance. Competition has become tenser in various sectors of the economy, organizations are harsh to boost employee morale at work and this situation requires management to be more careful in setting up reward system and remunerations to its employees in addition to their wages and salaries. |
