Оцінювання впливу тіньового сектору на макропоказники національної економіки

Abstract

В даній статті проведено аналіз тіньового сектору національної економіки як об’єкту моделювання. Побудовано моделі впливу тіньового сектору на макроекономічні показники за допомогою кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. В процесі програмної реалізації моделювання впливу тіньової економіки на валовий внутрішній продукт, інвестиційну привабливість країни та рівень безробіття було виведено математичний опис побудованих моделей. Отримані результати свідчать, що зростання частки тіньового сектору на один відсоток зменшує темпи приросту ВВП на шість відсотків, а темпи приросту прямих іноземних інвестицій зменшуються на десять відсотків. Встановлено, що при збільшенні частки тіньового сектору в Україні рівень безробіття населення зростає.

In this paper, the analysis of the shadow sector of the national economy as an object of modeling is conducted. The model of influence of the shadow sector on macroeconomic indicators was constructed by means of correlation-regression analysis. In the process of program realization of the simulation of the influence of the shadow economy on the gross domestic product, the investment attractiveness of the country and the level of unemployment, a mathematical description of the constructed models was derived. The obtained results indicate that the growth of the share of the shadow sector by one percent reduces GDP growth rate by six percent, while the growth rate of foreign direct investment is reduced by ten percent. It is established that with an increase in the share of the shadow sector in Ukraine, the unemployment rate of the population is increasing.
