Abstract	The aim of this empirical, quantitative and survey-based descriptive research undertaken in Tirunelveli city, Tamilnadu is to understand and differentiate perception of the managers working in non-medical and paramedical departments in private multi-specialty hospitals towards various factors affecting their productivity.
