Abstract	Кожна країна світу намагається побудувати власну систему національної безпеки, котра повністю б відповідала як чітким концептуальним національним державним інтересам, так і інтересам усього суспільства і індивіда. При цьому базисною особливістю такого процесу є становлення сталої фінансової безпеки, а наявність уніфікованої нормативно-правової бази стає ключовим елементом цього процесу. Every country in the world is trying to build its own national security system, which fully corresponds to both a clear conceptual national state interest and the interests of the entire society and the individual. At the same time, the basic feature of such a process is the establishment of stable financial security, and the availability of a unified regulatory framework becomes a key element of this process.
