Abstract	У статті розглядається місце прокурора у системі суб'єктів закриття кримінального провадження. Метою статті є визначення ролі прокурора у закритті кримінальних проваджень, а також розмежування повноважень між суб’єктами прийняття цього рішення. The article deals with the place of the prosecutor in the system of criminal prosecution subjects proceedings. The purpose of the article is to determine the role of the prosecutor in closing criminal proceedings, as well as well as the division of powers between actors in the adoption of this decision.
