Abstract	Принципи права — одне з фундаментальних і, поряд з юридичними нормами, найчастіше використованих понять загальної теорії права та галузевих і міжгалузевих правових наук. Незважаючи на це, проблему принципів права можна віднести до найбільш складних, суперечливих і світоглядно-методологічно неосмислених у вітчизняному, як і пострадянському загалом, загальнотеоретичному правознавстві. Principles of law - one of the fundamental and, along with the legal norms, the most commonly used concepts of the general theory of law and sectoral and inter-branch legal sciences. Nevertheless, the problem of the principles of law can be attributed to the most complex, contradictory and ideological and methodologically meaningless in the national, as well as in the post-Soviet, general jurisprudence.
