Abstract	На території України на законних підставах можуть постійно або тимчасово проживати, чи тимчасово перебувати іноземні громадяни, тобто така категорія осіб, які не є громадянами України та мають документальне підтвердження своєї належності до іншої держави. Конституційно-правовий статус цих осіб базується на загальному правовому статусі людини і визначається Конституцією України. On the territory of Ukraine, foreign citizens may be permanently or temporarily residing or temporarily residing on the territory of Ukraine, that is, such a category of persons who are not citizens of Ukraine and have documented proof of their belonging to another state. The constitutional legal status of these persons is based on the general legal status of a person and is determined by the Constitution of Ukraine.
