Abstract	Дослідження політико-правового процесу виходу з кризи посттоталітарних країн Східної Європи та Прибалтики дає підстави дійти висновку, що позитивного результату їм вдалося досягнути за умови перегляду підходів до теоретичного розуміння сутності демократії, пошуку нових її форм та визначення юридичних механізмів її забезпечення. The study of the political and legal process of getting out of the crisis of the post-totalitarian countries of Eastern Europe and the Baltic states leads to the conclusion that they managed to achieve a positive result by revising approaches to the theoretical understanding of the essence of democracy, finding new forms of democracy and determining the legal mechanisms for its support.
