Abstract	Важкий ступінь гіпоосмолярної гіпергідратації призводить до значного збільшення масометричних показників серця молодих і старих експериментальних щурів. Застосування мельдонію уповільнює збільшення маси правого шлуночка і його дилатацію в усіх вікових категоріях. Тяжелая степень гипоосмолярной гипергидратации приводит к значительному увеличению массометрических показателей сердца молодых и старых экспериментальных крыс. Применение мельдония замедляет увеличение массы правого желудочка и его дилатацию во всех возрастных категориях. The severe hypoosomolar hyperhydration leads to significant increase of massometric indices of the heart of young and old experimental rats. The application of meldonium slows growth of the mass of the right ventricle and its dilatationin in all age categories.
