Abstract	The paper summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on the issue perceived effective policing through leaderships’ diversity training learning outcomes and cultural competence. The main purpose of this quantitative correlational study was conducted to address if and to what extent the leadership of law enforcement agencies is learning outcomes of diversity training initiatives and the level of cultural competence of leadership influences law enforcement organizational effectiveness.
